Any experience of BULATS?

I'm in the process of getting info on various tests and validations. On the Internet, I have found some info about BULATS. While it looks interesting, I would like to know what it's like from a user's point of view.
If you use this test, have you found that it is really useful for students and/or business clients?
Has BULATS helped you to bring in more business?
