Sentence diagramming (Minimalist Approach)

Hello! May I know which one is correct? I am confused wiht how I can diagram the infinitive in the minimalist approach. Are the two are correct? When will I use the Tense marker with infinitive? Should it be always under the CP and a C'? Thanks!
