i am a teacher in saitama japan... 1 hour from tokyo. i teach junior high school and im loooking for pen pals for 40-60 junior high school students. i have a project in mind and im open for other things. i need someone who can commit to this project. i have already tried once in new jersey and the teacher stopped responding.
