Hello I'm a first time poster,
I have to give 40 hours of lessons to some upper elementary level waiters and hotel receptionists. I can't find any books to buy with suitable lesson plans, or any ready made lessons for this subject on the web.
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions anybody has.
