Poland or Estonia?

Poland or Estonia?

I have been teaching in HCMC, Vietnam for over a year now and will be leaving in early July. I will be catching the train from Beijing to Russia and would love to teach somewhere in Eastern Europe.

I am thinking about either Poland or Estonia. If anyone out there has any information or opinions/tips/ideas on either of these destinations it would be most appreciated. Things like cost of living, pay, types of schools, when schools open and close etc. Anything at all would be a great help.
