nice web site for teachers of young learners

I've been running an English school in Japan for 3 years now and I set out the task of creating my own materials. Many sites have helped me out and I want to offer the resources I have made to others. Basically, I spent a lot of time on them and if they die here with me, I'd be a little upset.
