There's a new ESL Website, which has plenty of new and original material on it, doesn't require any kind of registration to use and doesn't have any pop-ups it's at: http://www.jamesabela.co.uk/
It covers all the main sections of ELT and is growing fast and already there's quite a few resources for Business English, several guided writing exercises, powerpoints, interactive flash files.
It also has a special search engine that searches the top 20 ESL Websites on the web, I haven't seen this technology used before and it seems much more accurate at bringing back TEFL resources.
