TEFL academies in Madrid

Does anyone have any recommendations about where to do a TEFL in Madrid? I've had a number of academies recommended to me but they seem very large and impersonal. Would love your first hand experiences.

Go for IH. It is big, but quality and reputation go hand-in-hand. Do not do it at the Advanced Institute.
