a question

Hi, I am a student preparing to be an ESL teacher. I'm just wondering for those seasoned teachers here: how did you decide which country to go to? I have an interest in some eastern European countries or Russia. Do you have any good websites on teaching English in Russia (or eastern Europe)? If so, I would be very grateful for some help, even though I do not graduate for another 2 1/2 years.
