Travel lovers-advice on intensive spanish courses abroad

Hello- I am a ESL teacher in NYC. I have been studying Spanish here in ny but feel to become more fluent I needed immersion. I am looking for intensive Spanish courses for adults in Central America or South America for a 2-3 month duration. The internet is too overwhelming...I want to here from some teachers that have had a great experience doing the same. I am itching to go somewhere. Any advice or links would be great. Thanks.
