Expat 10y here looking for native speaking partner to teach

Want to stay a few years here? I know how. Toooo much work. Industrial Park at Big C Dong Nai. Looking for partner to share work. Have accomodation if U like. Pay is just average though. Familiar with Cambridge (PET-CPE) and ETS (TOEIC etc). I am a practical person.
