HELP needed to make a new game-based language learning

Hi all, I'm new to the forum. I'd like some help on kindergarten education; curriculum, responds from children, how they learn, how fast they learn, what makes them learn slower, etc. I'm developing a game that helps/aids 3-5 years old children in reading their mother tongue or even second language.
I am rather unsure how to build the game to mold into just what teachers and students need so I need help
