Could you please tell me if there is any difference between:
"I felt worried" and "I was feeling worried"
I felt / I was feeling

To say whether there is a difference or not we would need to see the whole sentence.. The progressive aspect draws attention to the time involved (it is telling you it has a beginning and an end) but on occasion that does not make any difference.
So there may well be no difference between these two sentences
I felt worried when I went for the interview
I was feeling worried when I went for the interview.
The second one is more likely to imply that the worry was dissipated, but not necessarily.
