Teacher Of The Month HELP Needed please

I am trying to get a new website up that will let schools list the teacher of the month. This is going to be a FREE Site and I am just trying to say Thank You to all the teachers that work so hard. I am not a teacher I am a parent of 3 children and I think teachers do not get enough credit.
