Questions with comparatives

Post by james.brannan » Thu Sep 08, 2005 9:40 am

Hi, I've ben tryıng to work out the dıfferent sentance structures with comparatıve questions. So far I have...

Which (one) ıs better?
wh (+subject) + be + comp.

Is this one nicer?
be + subject + comp.

How could I formalise...
Which one do you prefer?
Which one do you like better?

Also, are there any other ways of posing these questions I have mıssed?

Thanks for any help,
James
