I'm pregnant!

No, not me!

What's the difference between be pregnant, be going to have a baby and be having a baby? (And) is there a difference in who says them (e.g. 'I...', versus reporting that 'She...')?

We use the latter two when the person we are speaking to may not know the word "pregnant"?

Anyway, I chose the latter to tell my son about his auntie.
