Passivity

I have noted on a few occasions that a certain person named "Noetica" seems a rather more rounded thinker than the self-righteous crew who run Language Log and sit upon the highest linguistic perches making random attacks of varying quality and political motivation on the horrid middle-brows of the universe when they dare to speak of language matters.

I commend his/her views expressed on passivity here.
