Yeah, I thought of keeping my identity a secret for a while, that could've been fun, but as you might have gathered from my previous name, I don't like to hide behind pseudonyms (that being said, I am certainly not out on a crusade or to make a "name" for myself now, and never have been).
I am a chastened hamster now, I will only nibble at the bars and promise not to bite off any more fingertips that need to be used for typing, so I hope I won't be booted again just yet.

Hello Duncan, still call me Shun?fluffyhamster wrote:Yeah, I thought of keeping my identity a secret for a while, that could've been fun, but as you might have gathered from my previous name, I don't like to hide behind pseudonyms (that being said, I am certainly not out on a crusade or to make a "name" for myself now, and never have been).

If they deleted the whole thread yesterday, I would be more cautious about the language today. But you are (were?) different. To tell the truth, I really thought you were the real moderator.

There are more talented people than me on Dave's, but thanks for the compliment, Shun.
Allow me to compliment you: your posts, while they are not everybody's cup of tea, stimulate a fair bit of interest and keep everyone on their toes.
I can teach you some more of those words you aren't quite comfortable with yet, but obviously, Dave's isn't the best place for them.
I live and learn.
