Any accent experts on here?

First off, are we allowed to post Youtube links on this forum?
If not, I do apologize, please let me know.

I've been asked by a student to identify the accent the actor in this clip speaks in. I am not very good at this so wanted to see if somebody here can help:

I think the link is fine (how else are we to hear the accent), even it it seems ultimately a rather trivial question (students are good at those sometimes LOL). Might've been better on the Pronunciation forum but the AL one's higher up and prolly still the more frequented, and I see you've made a couple of other replies in it to boot.

Anyway it sounds like a speaker of standard (i.e. reasonably well-educated, SE) British English. I guess it helps (like I am) to be British tho eh!
