"English - No Problem!" course materials vs other

Hi, I have been looking over the online course outline and materials for English - No Problem! Language for Home, School, Work and Community published by ProLiteracy WorldWide's New Readers Press.
http://www.enp.newreaderspress.com
Has anyone had an opportunity to review this program (literacy - high intermediate) against other programs like Richard's Interchange Edition 3? I know that no one system or approach works well alone ... anyone have a personal review or assessment of the program?
I am especially interested because I got started in ESL through LVA (part of the ProLiteracy family); and I respect their history and background working in the trenches.
At the Site noted above they have info on the research base (built around standards: SCANS/EFF/NRS/BEST/CASAS and FL and CA ESL standards, course level outline matrixes, and even an online lesson planner (with templates for each program lesson or a generic lesson).
Anyway ... has anyone used this program or have any feedback? Would this program be suitable for EFL outside of the USA?
