Which one is better? Oxford or Cambridge pronucition ?

i have problems in deciding which version of pronucition to use.
DIRECT
The cambridge
direct ( dairekt)
The Oxford
direct (direkt, di-/ )
which version to teach ?

Frankly, it makes no difference which one you teach. Both will be accepted and understood by native speakers so I wouldn't lose too much sleep over it. It might even be worth pointing out to your students that if they visit English-speaking countries they will hear both, maybe even from the same speaker.

The Cambridge Pronunciation of 'Direct' is definitely in tune with global/neutral accent of english.

I agree with lolwhites. Just teach the dialect and accent from where you are now, and all native speakers will understand the student no matter which the student knows.
