What is the difference in use between "continuous" and "constant" ?? In which context do I use both??

Without looking it up, and off the top of my head ...
I'd say 'continuous' usually means 'not stopping' and 'constant' usually means not changing.
In some sentences 'continual' would be better than 'continuous'...
And 'constant' can also mean not stopping in some sentences.
For example: "I'm sick of her constant complaining" (she never stops)
Hope this helps rather than confusing you more!
