Can anybody paraphrase the highlighted line in the song HERO by Enrique Iglesias?
Thanks.

Would you dance if I asked you to dance?
Would you run and never look back?
Would you cry if you saw me crying?
Would you save my soul tonight?

Would you tremble if I touched your lips?
Would you laugh oh please tell me this?
Now would you die for the one you love?
Hold me in your arms tonight?

(Chorus)
I can be your hero baby
I can kiss away the pain
I will stand by you forever
You can take my breath away

Would you swear that you'll always be mine?
Would you lie, would you run and hide?
-------> Am I in too deep? <-----------------------------------------
Have I lost my mind?
I don't care you're here tonight

I can be your hero baby
I can kiss away the pain
I will stand by you forever
You can take my breath away

(Guitar)
Oh, I just want to hold you
I just want to hold you, Oh Yeah.
Am I in too deep? Have I lost my mind?
Well I don't care you're here tonight
I can be your hero baby
I can kiss away the pain. Oh yeah.
I will stand by you forever
You can take my breath away

I can be your hero baby
I can kiss away the pain
Now, I will stand by you forever
You can take my breath away
You can take my breath away

"Excuse me, am I speaking above your intellectual level, baby?" :D

"Am I in too deep" probably refers to level of emotional involvement, not intellectual level. You could say
"Have I fallen in love with you more than you've fallen in love with me?"

or, more colloquially:
"Are you into me as much as I'm into you?"

Maybe he's an incredibly well-endowed yet very considerate and gentle lover?

Am I too involved?
Am I investing too many emotions in this relationship?
