Teaching in Spain

As I plan to teach English in Spain, do you know of any websites that have comments (good and bad) from the teachers that worked/still work in English-language schools in Spain.
I wish to improve my Spanish outside of work and have eliminated provinces such as Catalonia and the Comunidad Valenciana because I feel that I will be immersed in Catalan/Valenciano as opposed to Castilian.
