What is the difference between How does she look like? and What does she look like?

"What does she look like?" is correct English,
"How does she look like?" is not correct English.
"What does she look like?" asks for a description of someone.
"How does she look?" (not "How does she look like?") asks the extent to which someone is ill or injured.)
