I know it is a busy time of the year ,,but I hope will have some minutes for me ,,as I nedd the answer to understand my problem.
1-British cars, which were considered to be the best, were sold everywhere.
is it ok if I change it using participles this way
a- British cars being considered to be .........
or
b- British cars considered to be......

second problem
My dog, which has attacked my neighbour, was killed.
which one is correct:
My dog having attcked......or My dog attacking........

The changes you are considering making to the first sentence are fine, but don't forget to add commas to aid readability. You can also omit the 'to be' in each case.

With the second sentence options, you seem to be meaning that your dog was put down/destroyed because it was dangerous (having attacked at least your neighbour) - 'My dog, (which was (in the process of)) attacking my neighbour, was killed' would equally mean 'My dog was killed (whilst) attacking my neighbour', neither of which seems to be the meaning that you intend to express (i.e. 'My dog, attacking...' is unacceptable in this context).
