test maker software/ OMR machines/scanners recommendations?

Do you have any test making software recommendations? It need to be a download thing, that can print tests offline. It needs to print the test, and a scannable OMR sheet for Ss to record their answers.
Free or pay is OK.

Do you recommend any OMR software/ scanners?

I recommend the wondershare quiz creator. I have used this for many time. It's very useful.
