Hi all,
Can anyone tell me who publishes the CELT (Comprehensive English Language Test)? Is it still available? If not, can anyone tell me a placement test that they use - college level for non-native speakers, but learners who have gone to or graduated from US high schools, but still need language instruction before being ready for college?
