Do you use the CEF?

It seems like the Common European Framework is here to stay. I recently attended a largish English Teacher's conference and all the new text books are cross referenced to the CEF levels, on the TESL-L listserve people are talking about it, and even in countries like Canada that have their own benchmarks teachers are saving they find the CEF easier to use. So what about you?

Yes, I use it when I give information to business managers about results/progress/targets for their staff.

The concept of 'can-do' statements is very easy for non-specialists to grasp.
