Interview Grading Rubrick

Hello all.
I am in the process of designing a training course for Japanese middle school teachers of English, and I am looking for a grading rubrick for use with interviews. I remember seeing one for the Cambridge First Certificate test some years back and was wondering if anyone had that or something similar?
