Teaching ESL

Hi! I am new here and have recently gotten involved as a tutor with bilingual children at the elementary school level. I was wondering if there are ESL certificates available elsewhere than online? I am a college freshman, and teaching both in a bilingual classroom and teaching ESL interest me, but I was wondering how one might go about obtaining a degree in either or both of these areas. Thanks!
