tests for assessing grammar

Goodmorning, i'm looking for some standardized tests used for assessing some aspects of L2 (but also L1) like morphosyntaxis, lexis and pragmatics for children of primary school, to be used not in clinical settings but at school as an evaluation of their interlanguage.
Can you help me in finding some resources?
(i'm not English so excuse me for my imperfections)
