I need some ideas on how to go about the unsurmountable task of changing a curriculum that is mostly Spanish into a bilingual program. I don't know where to start. How do we get current students up to speed so that they are able to take classes in English and not suffer academically? How do we handle entering students who may not be bilingual? Any ideas would be great! Thanks in advance!

CHANGING TO BILINGUAL PROGRAM
Hi all,
I need some ideas on how to go about the unsurmountable task of changing a curriculum that is mostly Spanish into a bilingual program. I don't know where to start. How do we get current students up to speed so that they are able to take classes in English and not suffer academically? How do we handle entering students who may not be bilingual?
