bilingual adult ESL clases?

I am new to this list and would like to know if there has been any discussion on bilingual classes in the adult ESL setting.

Yes there has! You can browse through the adult education section and find many discussions that might help you. Also, post your questions here or in adult education and many people will gladly give you their perspective. The adult education forum is more active so I would suggest there. Just give them a couple days to get to you.
