Ingles sin Barreras

I'm looking for information about a video program called Ingles sin Barreras. Some of my students are asking about it and I'm not familiar with it. The website looks nice, but I can't tell anything about the content. I hear it's $$$$$. Thanks for the help.

I've heard about this program a lot on Univision and other Spanish tv networks. They say it works. I've never tried it, and wonder too.
