possibility to get a working visa to non native english speaker in Japan. looking to get a job for english teacher/conversation teacher. I am from India, presently teaching in India. always it is insistence for native english speaker. as an exception, why it is not a practice of allowing non native english speaker to have an opportunity in Japan. preference may be given to other asians for the job. comments please.
