beginner needs urgent help

Help! I'm going to start teaching business English in an Austrian company (Semperit). They want me to test their employees to see which level they are on to make different achievement groups. How should I do this?

They also want me to tell them which books they should buy for our lessons. Can anyone recommend good books for this occasion?

How should I begin? The lesson will last for 120 minutes with a small break. What should I teach?

I teach children (K-8th grade) and I taught conversation English to some adults I know. This was all more layed back. I'm afraid I'll make tons of mistakes from being so nervous or not know the vocabulary in German, maybe they're not satisfied with me.
Can anyone help?
