I have to write a letter of application and I don't know the structure or correct words I should use. Can you help me please???

This letter is a template for students in our ESL Vocational Office Training Program at City College of San Francisco, but I think it would work well for you with a little personalization. If you e-mail me, ask for document 'CS102203'. Don't forget that you will need to do a follow-up letter as well immediately after you interview! Nowadays it is acceptable to do this via e-mail. If you want to look at a sample follow-up letter, ask for document 'SantaLuciaThank-You'.
