English for Department Store Buyers

Got a new class teaching an elementary group of buyers (for wildly different departments) in a leading department store.
Does anyone have any inspired ideas for relevant activities/games/exercises as a break from the textbook now and then?
Also, what's the name of the department that sells tablecloths etc? Is that just "linens" or "tablewear" or what? And surely the department that sells (downmarket) perfumes and toiletries would not be called "drugs and perfumes" as the buyer himself calls it? Sometimes I feel that I'm losing touch with my own language after over decade abroad!
Apologies for starting a sentence with "and"!
