Any books for teaching CEOs?

Does anybody know of any good books to use in order to teach business English to CEOs? I need something that is intense on vocabulary.

I'm in the same situation like you. I myself get stuck in finding an efficient course book to teach CEOs.
At this moment, I'm trying on "New international Business English" of Leo Jones and Richard Alexander, but I'm not satisfied.
If you find any book better, reply me ,ok?
