How do you read the following:
1. June 7, 2005
1-1. June seven, 2005
1-2. June the seventh, 2005
1-3. the seventh of June, 2005
2. 7 June 2005
2-1. Seven June 2005
2-2. Seventh June 2005
2-3. Seventh of June 2005
2-4. the seventh of June 2005
Please don't mind about the year date. I'll post a new question
