"Are you acquainted with the Japanese custom of exchanging business cards?"
Is the above sentence correct?
How about:
"Are you accustomed to the Japanese custom of....?"

"Are you familiar with the Japanese custom of exchange business cards."

--the word familiar is more commonly used.
