I have been reccently contacted to give an intense private course for business english to an agronomist that is traveling to Europe to give a presentation. The time period is 20 days for 4 hours a day.

I am afraid how I will be able to fill up so much time and meet the client´s goals. Have I gotten myself in over my head? Any suggestions?
Thanks,
mike

I would start with Effective presentations (OUP) augmented with Professional Presentations (CUP). The video for each is expensive (maybe 100 - 150 US) but it's the best part of the course.
Then after s/he has written the presentation and practiced it abit, break out the video camera and record the student in action. Watch it with him/her, point out things about his/her presentation style. And then work on the English s/he produces!
