'Dead sleep' and 'sleep like a log' are
colloquial expressions, right?
Are there any other colloquial or slang
expressions?
In Japan, young people say BAKUSUI,
literally 'explosive sleep'. That's very
funny (strange), isn't it?
Thank you.

explosive sleep
Thank you very much, Amy.
Some people here might use it in the meaning of
'snoring' also. But from what I have checked
in a slang dictionary, it's a stronger version
of sleeping soundly.
Thank you also for the new terms for me,
'to saw wood' and 'to saw logs'. Very interesting,
because they show the piston movement,
occurring when inhaling and also exhaling.
