I will post a number of questions in this single thread. Let me know if it's inappropriate.

CHARI(NKO)
This is a slang word here for 'bicycle' which has been pretty widely used for some time.
GENCHARI for 'motor bicycle'.
Do you have any such slang words for those in English?

I think this will be a perfect way to handle it, Itasan.

We use "bike" for both bicycles and motorcycles. I imagine we use it for motorized bicycles too, although I think we don't have many of those.

I think moped covers the motorised bicycle.

BBS (bulletin board system); Internet Forum
Do they mean the same thing?
BTW, here in Japan some people seem to be using the Japanese equivalent of just ‘Board’ for this. Do you do that too? Also, are there any other terms for this?

Yes, BBS means the same in English & in Japanese, though most Japanese BBS' are simpler than English ones.

"Board" is used as a shortened form as well, and "forum/forums."

Oh, no nowhere near bilingual. I have only been learning Japanese for a little over 1 year.
