According to LDCE:
articles = BrE an agreement by which someone finishes their training, especially as a lawyer; by working for a company
articled = BrE someone who is articled to a company of lawyers, ACCOUNTING etc, is employed by that company while they are training to become a lawyer etc: an articled clerk
I wonder what are the American equivalents of
'articles' and 'articled'.
Thank you.
