What am I answered about this sentence?
Does it mean "How much do you pay for this?"

If you are saying this to someone or a group of people it means what is what I am selling worth to you? How much will you pay me for this.
When you are asking for a bid it means you may not accept the immediate offer and ask a bid from someone else.
