Has anybody taught English in India before? I am going to teach business english for a month but I have never taught in that cultural environment before. Does anybody have any advice on what teaching styles work?

Cultural faux pas would also be useful. I will be in the Delhi area and I think they are mostly Hindu there.

While I have not had the pleasure of teaching in India, I've had many graduate students from India in my ESL classes. One surprise, at least for me, was just how different the uses of prepositions are - and how difficult it is for many students to write essays.
