IWAIZAKE (celebration SAKe) is 'sake (or alcoholic drink) drunk
in celebration of some event or someone' in Japanese.
I wonder if there is any similar simple term
in English.

In English we normally say something like:

Let's have a celebratory drink
celebratory beer

Champagne is traditionally associated with celebration, so any mention of opening a bottle of champagne is likely to be part of a celebration...
