How would you prefer to lay out your CALL classroom?

Dear all,

We all would love to have all the facilities that would help us achieve our goals and promote better learning outcomes. Therefore, the design of the classroom is very important. How would you arrange the computers in your classroom to allow for interaction and yet have an overall control.

Looking forward to your responses.

I prefer to have the computers facing the wall all around the room, so that I can see what's on every screen. Also, if I want the students'm attention, they have to turn away from the screen to listen to me. Finally, it leaves room for an 'island' in the middle on which to mount a projector.

Unfortunately, I have to make do with a variation on this in our lab because of the way the network points were set up.
